Wholesale Policy

Ordering: 

There are 3 MOQ in our store.  Shipping price is not included in the product price.

Payment: 

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, M/C, Visa, Discover), pay-pal. T/T is also acceptable. All payments will be collected at the time of purchase.

Selling our Items:

Our products could be sold in any other platforms. Pictures can be used only after approved  by us.

Cancellations:

Usually the orders will be shipped out within 48 working hours or shorter. So if you need to cancel the order, please request before the orders be shipped out.Once the shipping information updates, your order can not be canceled.

Order Changes:

Please email us before the orders being shipped out .

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

We only ship to the shipping address provided & cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.

Returning Policy

Orders can be returned within 30 days.Without any quality issues, the buyer should pay for the returning shipping fee.

Package Returning:

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address; shipping & handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the package again.

Damaged Items/Order Mistakes:

We check out each product carefully before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.

Please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order.
